Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions on just99.club (operated by Expitech) are cancelled, when refunds are and are not given, and how to resolve billing issues.
1. Summary
- You can cancel any subscription, at any time, from your account page.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
- Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period and ends at the next URL rotation thereafter.
- We do not offer refunds for charges already made, except where required by law or where we have demonstrably failed to deliver the Service.
2. How to cancel
- Sign in at just99.club/sign-in.
- Go to My account.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel under Your subscriptions.
- Click Cancel next to that subscription and confirm.
Cancellation is immediate. You will receive a confirmation email. Razorpay will stop the auto-renewal for that specific subscription.
Cancelling one subscription does not affect any others you have. If you subscribe to multiple Bots, you can cancel them independently.
3. What happens after you cancel
- You keep access to the cancelled Bot until the end of your current paid billing period (e.g. if you cancel on the 15th and your period ends on the 31st, you have access until the 31st).
- After your period ends, when the Bot’s underlying Custom GPT is next rotated, your previous URL will stop working. We do not re-issue access on a per-user basis.
- If you re-subscribe later, you will receive the then-current Bot URL. We cannot restore access to retired URLs.
4. Auto-renewal
- Every active subscription auto-renews on the same calendar day each month at INR 99.
- Razorpay sends you a reminder before each renewal as required by RBI / Razorpay’s mandate rules.
- If you do not want the next renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
5. Failed payments
- If a renewal charge fails (expired card, insufficient balance, mandate issue, etc.), Razorpay automatically retries the charge over the following 7 days.
- During this 7-day grace period, your access to the affected Bot continues uninterrupted.
- If payment is still not received after 7 days, the subscription lapses. Access ends at the next URL rotation thereafter.
- To prevent involuntary cancellation, please keep your payment method up to date. You can update your payment method from your account page or directly via the Razorpay link in any failed-payment email.
6. Refunds
All charges are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Service failure: if we are unable to deliver the Bot URL within 24 hours of a successful payment, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of you contacting us, we will refund the affected month’s charge to your original payment method.
- Duplicate or unauthorised charge: if a charge was duplicated due to a system error, or made without your authorisation, we will investigate and refund the disputed amount where appropriate.
- Statutory requirement: where Indian law mandates a refund.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method. Typical settlement time is 5–7 working days.
7. No partial-month refunds
We do not pro-rate refunds for partial use of a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends; we do not refund unused days.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@just99.club before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider. We aim to resolve all good-faith disputes within 7 working days.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension.
9. Account deletion
Cancelling subscriptions does not delete your account. If you want your account and personal data deleted, write to support@just99.club. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we retain and for how long.
10. Service discontinuation
If we ever decide to discontinue the Service in full, we will:
- Notify all active subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance;
- Stop charging renewals immediately;
- Refund any pre-paid time that you will not be able to use as a result of the discontinuation.
