Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website just99.club (the “Service”), which is operated by Expitech (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing any Custom GPT delivered via the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account. Notify us immediately at support@just99.club if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

3. The Service

just99.club provides paid access to a catalogue of OpenAI Custom GPTs (“Bots”) for personal or internal business use. Each Bot is offered as a separate monthly subscription at INR 99 per month, billed via Razorpay.

Subscribing to a Bot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the current URL of that Bot for the duration of your active subscription, subject to the rules below.

3.1 URL access & rotation

  • Each Bot has a unique URL that we publish to active subscribers via email and on the user account page.
  • We rotate each Bot’s underlying Custom GPT periodically. When a Bot is rotated, the old URL is retired (becomes non-functional) and a new URL is issued to active subscribers.
  • You agree not to resell, sublicense, publicly share, or systematically distribute any Bot URL. URLs are licensed to you personally.

3.2 Use of the Bots

  • To use a Bot you need a ChatGPT account (free or paid) with OpenAI. OpenAI’s usage policies apply when you interact with a Bot.
  • Output produced by a Bot may be used for your own personal or business purposes. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Each Bot subscription costs INR 99 per month, charged in advance on a recurring basis through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew on the same calendar day each month until cancelled.
  • Prices are inclusive of any taxes applicable as indicated at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every successful charge.
  • You authorise us (and Razorpay) to charge your selected payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
  • If a renewal charge fails, your subscription enters a 7-day grace period during which Razorpay may retry the charge. If payment is not received within 7 days, the subscription lapses and access is removed at the next URL rotation.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period and ends thereafter at the next URL rotation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party right (including OpenAI’s terms);
  • Infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Resell, redistribute, or publish any Bot URL or significant Bot output;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the underlying system prompts of any Bot;
  • Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or generate illegal content;
  • Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All Bots, brand assets, copy, designs, and Service content are owned by Expitech or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal licence to access the Bot URL while your subscription is active; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

You retain ownership of inputs you provide to a Bot and any outputs you create. By using a Bot, you grant us a limited right to process those inputs as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and Bots are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Any Bot will produce specific or accurate output for your use case;
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times;
  • Output produced by a Bot is fit for a particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for verifying any output and for compliance with applicable laws in your use of that output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (Razorpay for payments, Supabase for data, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for the underlying Custom GPT platform). Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or failures of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or change the Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling all subscriptions and writing to support@just99.club to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kerala, India.
