Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how products purchased on just99.club (operated by Expitech Education Private Limited) are delivered to you. Because our products are digital, there is no physical shipping, no courier, and no postal delivery involved.

1. What we deliver

Every subscription on just99.club delivers a single, well-defined digital product: an access link to one of our proprietary AI assistants. The access link is the means by which you, the subscriber, interact with the assistant during your active subscription period.

2. Delivery method

Delivery happens automatically and entirely online, in two parallel ways:

  • Email: within a few seconds of a successful payment, we send a confirmation email to your registered address. The email contains your access link and a short note on how to use the assistant.
  • Account page: the same access link is also published on your My account page on just99.club, available immediately after sign-in. The account page is the canonical source of truth: if the email ever doesn’t arrive or is mislaid, the account page always shows the current link.

3. Delivery timeline

  • For new subscriptions: instant. Typically under 30 seconds from successful payment to delivery email + account-page availability.
  • For monthly renewals: no fresh delivery is needed. Your existing access link remains valid for the new billing period.
  • For new access link after rotation: when we rotate an assistant’s underlying prompt-system (typically monthly), the new link is delivered to all active subscribers via email and on the account page within minutes of the rotation.

4. Geographic coverage

just99.club is available wherever you have internet access and a ChatGPT account that can open the AI assistant links. We do not restrict delivery by country. Pricing and billing are in Indian Rupees (INR) and primarily aimed at customers in India, but international users may subscribe.

5. Delivery confirmation

Successful delivery is evidenced by:

  • The confirmation email landing in your inbox, OR
  • The access link appearing on your My account page.

If either of those is in place, delivery is considered complete.

6. If delivery fails or is delayed

Although delivery is automatic, things can occasionally go wrong (email lands in spam, payment webhook is delayed, etc.). Please follow this sequence:

  1. Sign in and check the My account page. The access link is published there even if the email is delayed.
  2. Check your email spam / promotions folder for messages from no-reply@just99.club.
  3. Wait 5 minutes and refresh the account page (occasionally a payment webhook takes a moment).
  4. If after 10 minutes the link still isn’t on your account page, email support@just99.club with your registered email and the payment ID from your receipt. We will resolve within 1 hour during working hours.

If we are unable to deliver the access link within 24 hours of a successful payment, and the issue isn’t resolved within a further 48 hours of you contacting us, you are entitled to a refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. No physical shipping

just99.club does not sell or ship any physical goods. No address is collected at checkout for delivery purposes. No courier or postal service is engaged. No customs, duties, or shipping fees apply to any purchase on this site.

8. Working with the OpenAI platform

Our assistants are delivered through the OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform. To interact with an assistant after delivery, you must have a ChatGPT account (free or paid) with OpenAI and follow OpenAI’s usage policies. We do not control OpenAI’s availability, response time, or rate limits. If OpenAI’s platform is unavailable, delivery on our side is unaffected and your access link is still valid, but you may be temporarily unable to interact with the assistant.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.
