• Usage data: pages visited, assistants viewed, basic device and IP information needed to operate the Service.

• To deliver subscribed assistants and send transactional emails (receipts, support).
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations including GST records.

• Cashfree Payments (payments)
• Supabase (database/auth hosting)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Tax authorities or law enforcement when required by law.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for at least 8 years as required under Indian tax law.
